A few weeks ago, i downloaded a live-cd for Linux Ubuntu 8.4 and booted it from the cd. It was not as bad as i had thought (although i had trouble booting ) but REALY SLOW. Windows Vista Randomly Freezing
So I just installed vista upon the almighty computer, and it worked fine for a day or less. (Bah). I installed all my drivers and such and went on my merry way. Hi, We have been seeing Windows Vista Screenshots and from that we can take a look at the new GUI for Windows. Its called Aero. But i believe it looks more like Linux. Dont you think so. I'm looking for a light linux distro, but something decent, that will only run on about 128-256 ram, CPU 1.8GHz, that has office (probably open office or abiword) that won't need more than about 2-4GB hard drive.
